A blind plate for a construction field is provided to minimize deformation of a panel due to coupling of a bolt by deforming a part of the panel. A blind plate(100) for a construction field includes a bolt engagement hole(110), a vertical groove unit(120), an overlapping unit(130), and a reinforcing unit(140). The bolt engagement hole is a hole to bolt-engage a panel with a transverse pipe. An emboss for preventing loosening of a nut minimizes defects in the bolt engagement hole. The emboss is disposed at an outer side of the bolt engagement hole. The reinforcing unit protrudes from one side surface of the panel to another side surface thereof. The reinforcing unit prevents the panel from being bent in a longitudinal direction. The reinforcing unit has a straight stripe pattern in a width direction. The reinforcing unit has a form of a character. A primary hole reinforcing rib is disposed at an outer side of the emboss, and protrudes from one side surface of the panel to another side surface thereof. A secondary hole reinforcing rib is disposed at an outer side of the primary hole reinforcing rib, and protrudes from one side surface of the panel to another side surface thereof.
