摘要 FIELD: foundry, namely manufacture of accurate shaped castings in condition of small- and large-batch production processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes lined squeezing chamber, casting mold arranged in sleeve placed over squeezing chamber. Said sleeve is placed in guides in receiving position and it is moved in horizontal direction to squeezing position. Sleeve and arranged in it casting mold are pressed fluid-tightly into stationary mounted lid inside which there are gas conduits for evacuating mold, supplying compressed gas to mold and for communicating with atmosphere. In such position table with squeezing chamber is moved upwards and sleeve bottom part is introduced to squeezing chamber and melt fills casting mold. After squeezing compressed gas is supplied through gas conduit and chamber is separated from sleeve. Said sleeve with solidified casting is moved to next position for curing under gas pressure. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of making castings, improved operational properties of castings. ^ 2 dwg
