FIELD: moles, piers, quays, quay walls, groynes and breakwaters, particularly berth structures to protect shore against wave action, to retain beach cover and to provide small ship approach. ^ SUBSTANCE: berth structure comprises shaped blocks or stones placed in retaining frame, upper fill made of the shaped blocks or stones located over the retaining frame. Retaining frame comprises grid-like side walls and opened lower and upper ends. The berth structure is made as pier with wharf plate supported by transversal rows of reinforced concrete piles by wharf plate sides and by monolithic reinforced concrete belt by central part thereof so that monolithic reinforced concrete belt extends for the full upper fill length. Upper part of monolithic reinforced concrete belt levels with upper ends of reinforced concrete piles. Retaining frame is fastened to reinforced concrete piles by means of metal yokes and may slide upwards and downwards in vertical plane. ^ EFFECT: increased strength and reliability of over-water berth structure part. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
