FIELD: welding processes and equipment, namely program control apparatus for welding and surfacing. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes base, controller, stationary and movable struts, positioners and removable struts. Positioners are connected through cables with controller. In stationary strut positioner in the form of spindle with horizontal rotation axis is mounted. Two positioners are mounted in movable strut. Own positioner in the form of table is mounted in one of removable struts with possibility of motion in cross direction relative to spindle axis. Other positioner in the form of table is mounted in second removable strut with possibility of rotation. Apparatus allows to surface articles such as bodies of revolution including articles with cone and sphere surfaces or fragments of such surfaces. ^ EFFECT: enlarged using range due to possibility for surfacing large-side articles needing maneuvering of them at surfacing their different portions such as wheel pairs of railway road cars and locomotives. ^ 2 cl, 20 dwg |
