One arm of each lever is fastened to corresponding control-rod. Each lever may be installed on corresponding form support by means of fixer. Device base is provided with posts. Each post may cooperate with another arm of corresponding double-armed lever. Each double-armed lever may change fixer location along lever. Each post comprises a number of members brought into cooperation with lever or slots adapted to receive arm of corresponding lever to provide lever position change with respect to the post. ^ EFFECT: possibility to maintain concrete massif integrity during form taking off from concrete article having height lesser than form height. ^ 1 dwg
