FIELD: enzymatic catalyst. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention provides enzymatic catalyst in granulated form, which can be used in any suitable enzymatic conversion process, in particular for hydrolysis of Nylon 66 and in conversion of 2-hydroxy-4-methylbutyronitrile into ammonium 2-hydroxy-4-methylbuttanoate. Enzymatic catalyst does not disperse in water, includes internal nucleus with coating, whose thickness varies between 100 and 250 mum, while ratio of nucleus to coating thickness is ranges from 3 to 15 and average nucleus diameter from 0.1 to 5 mm. Coating contains enzymatic material, polymer, and crosslinking agent. Catalyst is prepared by spraying suspension of enzymatic material, polymer, and crosslinking agent onto nucleus to from coating having above-indicated thickness. ^ EFFECT: enabled preparation of enzymatic catalyst with lifetime period by 30-70 h longer that that of known catalysts. ^ 15 cl, 3 tbl, 4 ex
