FIELD: agricultural engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has receiver, rolls and ejector. Rolls have cylindrical and conical parts. Cylindrical parts of rolls are provided with helical coils having increasing pitch. Angle between generatrices of roll conical parts is smaller than minimum angle of root fruit cone by 5-10%. Catching trays are positioned under conical part of rolls. Ejector is made in the form of tongues protruding above rolls. ^ EFFECT: increased yield and improved quality of seeds owing to improved oriented discharge of root fruit into furrow. ^ 3 dwg
