FIELD: chemical industry; production of the universal block molds. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the quick-adjusting tacking for manufacture of the products from the thermoplastic plastics materials and may be used for manufacture of the details from the polymeric materials by the method of the injection molding with usage of the standard blocks for casting of the products of the various geometry in the multi-product and the small-scale production. The technical problem of the invention is the extension of the production capabilities and the increased labor productivity. The universal block mold for manufacture of the polymeric products, according to the invention, contains the motionless and sliding slabs, the base, the changeable packet, the ejection system and the centering components. One of the centering components is made in the form of the motionless pins installed at the lower part of the base. The centering components additionally include two vertically fixed on two sides of the base guides supplied with the longitudinal grooves and the fixing pins. At that on the guides at the stop block of the motionless pins there is the replaceable packet, which die has the corresponding bracket-shaped protrusions and is connected with the guides by the fixing pins. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the extension of the production capabilities and the increased labor productivity. ^ 3 dwg |
