METHOD FOR COMBINED ENDOVASCULAR SURGICAL PROSTHESIS OF COMPLEX FORMS OF ABDOMINAL AORTIC ANEURYSM

摘要

A method for combined endovascular surgical prosthesis of complex forms of abdominal aortic aneurysm in which access to the intact segment of great vessel and visceral branches of aorta is made. Segment of great vessel is joined with basic branch of bifurcation prosthesis. Alternate resection of visceral branches of aorta is conducted. Free ends of visceral branches of aorta are joined with lateral branches of prosthesis. Self-locking tubular endoprosthesis is entered distantly and disposed in the cavity of aorta. The ascending region of aorta is used as an intact segment of great vessel for bifurcation prosthesis. Access to the ascending region of aorta and visceral branches of aorta is realized by implementation of sternotomy, combined with superior middle laparotomy.
