METHOD FOR THE TEMPORAL CLOSING OF POSTOPERATIVE LAPAROTOMY WOUND

摘要

A method for the temporal closing of postoperative laparotomy wound includes rapprochement of wounds edges. Metallic plates with openings on all length of plate and hook from one side are applied on all wounds length from both its sides on all layers of anterior abdominal wall. The plates are connected pairwise by the springs. Abdominal cavity revision and sanation is conducted in the separate areas of the wound. Also control of tighting force oftissues of anterior abdominal wall is conducted.
