<p>PURPOSE:To prevent misoperation and failure in recognition to prevent a plant from transferring toward deterioration by automatically detecting a failure not only in the plant but also emergency treatment itself, further detecting a failure in emergency treatment operation to issue a warning and extracting, displaying, etc. abnormal points on a CRT. CONSTITUTION:A signal indicating turn-ON of an emergency treating apparatus 21 is supplied via the apparatus 21, a scattered instrumentation system 2 and a CPU 23, and an emergency treatment turn-ON determining unit 11 determines a type of the emergency treatment while a data input device 12 references an operation rule storage unit 4 to supply operation rules L to a first comparison determination unit 13. When the determination unit 13 automatically detects a failure in operation of the apparatus 21 itself, a warning is issued from a warning output unit 15 to an operator. When the apparatus 21 is normal, validity of an operation end is further determined by a second comparison determination unit 14 similarly, and a warning is issued if a failure is detected. At the same time abnormal points are extracted and displayed on a CRT 18 when the warning is issued, so that misoperation and failure in recognition of the operator can be prevented to prevent the plant from transferring toward deterioration.</p> |
