<p>PURPOSE:To make a camera usable under a luminance condition covering a wide range and to prevent malfunction due to noise having frequency higher than the component of the frequency caused through the movement of a hand by providing at least one low path filter, a variable gain amplifier, a low limit limiter, and a window comparator to give a detection signal for the movement of a hand holding a camera. CONSTITUTION:A detector inputs output generated by receiving light corresponding to outside luminance, and damps the component of frequency higher than the component of frequency generated by the movement of a hand through low path filters 10, 12 to give the damped component to a variable gain amplifier 14, and controls the gain of the amplifier 14 on outside average light quantity so as not to suffer from the influence of outside brightness, and after removing a signal higher than the component of the frequency generated by the movement of the hand from the above output through a low limit limiter 15, gives it to a window comparator 16, and detects a signal having amplitude larger than the width of the window of the comparator during the opening of a shutter for detecting the movement of the hand. The detector functions even when a subject moves, and can be used under a luminance condition covering a wide range.</p> |
