The invention relates to oil-and-gas producing industry and can be used at implementation of insulation-repair works at capital repair of wells. To insulate water inflow of stratal water one pumps in to zone being processed polymer-cement composition that includes, mass parts: 0.7 of butyl rubber, 0.1 of water, 0.2 of surface-active substance (SAS), 0.3 of cement. Quality of insulation of absorbing zones and inflow of stratal water to well is increased, this increases inter-repair period and decreases prime cost of repair-insulation works.
