A cloth diaper is provided to improve baby's activity by preventing baby's excrement from flowing outside by using an elastic member and plural snap fasteners. The cloth diaper includes a rear portion(4) wrapping user's back and waist, a middle portion(5) covering user's anus and sexual organs, a front portion coming into contact with user's belly, a main sheet made of cotton fabrics, and an absorbing sheet detachably attached to the main sheet. Snap fasteners(10,30) are formed on a wing(7) and the absorbing sheet for detachably attaching the wing and absorbing sheet on the front portion. The front portion has a snap fastener engaged to the snap fastener of the wing and a snap fastener engaged to the snap fastener of the absorbing sheet.
