A reflux stepwise method for organic waste utilization involves multi-stage waste pyrolysis in a reactor without air admission at a temperature not higher than 1000 DEGREE C with the obtaining solid carbon residue and multicomponent gas-vapor mixture, cooling of gas-vapor mixture in the multicircuit circulation cooling system, withdrawal of heavy fraction for repyrolysis and obtaining on the terminal circuit liquid fraction with defined molecular mass and pyrolized gas, at that the organic waste are stepwise subjected to pyrolysis. The undecomposed waste from the retort of the first stage reactor, where temperature is 150-180 DEGREE C, consistently overload in retorts for pyrolysis at higher temperatures, gas-vapor mixture from retorts is supplied into at least one refluxer, where it is purified for removing resin composition. The resin composition is recovered in a retort for repyrolysis, the gas-vapor mixture from refluxer is supplied for cooling in fraction distributor, and combustion gases from casing of the last retort are stored consistently in casings of prior retorts, and then together with combustion gases, produced by heaters under casings of all retorts, are stored outside. The invention also relates to a plant for realization of the indicated method of organic waste utilization. The invention provides the rise of economy by the exception of overheat and repeated heating of the prepared product, obtaining high-quality liquid and gaseous fuel and pyrographite.
