An animal protective fence using a guard rail is provided to reduce a construction cost by using an existing guard rail without an additional installation construction. Horizontal supporting bars are horizontally installed at regular intervals between posts(40). Vertical supporting bars are vertically installed at regular intervals by connecting the horizontal supporting bars upward and downward. The horizontal supporting bars and the vertical supporting bars are installed in a predetermined lattice structure on an upper part of an upper protection net. The vertical supporting bars and lower vertical supporting bars are installed in a narrow lattice structure on the horizontal supporting bars. A lower protection net is installed on a lower part of the upper protection net. A fixing band(20) is protruded and connected to a protrusion unit having a screw hole by a bolt and a nut. The fixing band having an opened side is installed on the post. A round plate(31) is closely adhered to the post. Supporting plates(32) are vertically installed on two sides of the round plate. A long hole(33) is vertically installed between the supporting plate and the round plate, and is combined to the protrusion unit. A hook is connected to an upper part of the horizontal supporting bar and is bent at a lower end of the supporting plate.
