Method for barrier arrangement that prevents motion of mean of vehicle that provides effectiveness and immediacy of barrier arrangement on the pass ofvehicle includes suspension of barrier in non-working position over the place of installation of barrier by means of quick-split connection joints, those are separated at command. The barrier falls and takes working position at pass of vehicle.
