METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF HALF-FINISHED MATERIAL IN GRAPHITIZING FURNACE

A method for determination of average temperature of half-finished products in graphitizing furnace, at which before beginning of graphitizing operating period the core size and thermal physical properties of half-finished products should be carried out , and during operation period quantity of supplied electrical energy should be measured. In addition, for any moment of graphitizing operation period a non-dimensional temperature of half-finished products should be determined, and according to its amount average temperature of half-finished products is calculated.
