A method for correcting the morphological blood composition and immune status of calves in treatment of the catarrhal bronchopneumonia comprises antibiotic therapy by Ofloxacin. Ofloxacin is used in a dose of 8-12 mg/kg l. w. according to scheme: first day of the treatment - 10 % Ofloxacin in ampoules in 10 ml is injected intramuscularly. In future, 10 % Ofloxacin in ampoules in 10 ml is introduced orally 1 time a day during 3 days.
