A method for fixing of bone wreckages at the compression fractures the front wall of frontal sinus includes the examination of frontal sinus cavity, removal of little bone wreckages, fixing of large bone fragments, extranasal drainage of frontal sinus by two tubes, washing of frontal sinus, wound closure, removal of drainages. The bone wreckages is additionally fixed to soft tissues through the wound by external splintage by a teflon plate perforated all over the surface.
