METHOD FOR PREVENTION OF THE POSTOPERATIVE FESTERING COMPLICATIONS AT SURGICAL TREATMENT OF RECURRENT VENTRAL HERNIAS IN PRIMARILY INFECTED TISSUES

A method for prevention of the postoperative festering complications at surgical treatment of recurrent ventral hernias in primarily infected tissues by explant transplantation to infected tissues with wound cavity drainage by the perforated tubes for connecting the permanent aspirating system and introduction of medical preparation. Polypropylene explant transplantation is performed. Solution "Dioxysol" in 10 ml is used as medical preparation, which introduced into a wound cavity by drainages three times a day, during 3-4 days. Whereupon perforated tubes is clamped for 30 minutes, with next active aspiration.
