The device has a projection unit for projecting water under pressure towards an oyster pouch (PCH). A recovery unit recovering the projected water reorients the recovered fluid towards a feeding circuit of the projection unit. The projection unit has pipes (BS1i, BS2j) fixed to a frame to be placed at a vicinity of the pouch. The pipes are spread out along two principal surfaces of each frame among which the pouch is placed. |
