The device has an electric contactor (8) facing a flexible membrane (13) of a seal so that the contactor is in contact with the membrane that is deformed, under the effect of increasing internal pressure of the seal, towards and until a pressure button which is then pressed. The seal is filled of incompressible material e.g. liquid or gel, and the membrane maintains the liquid or gel in the seal at the level of a free end (12) of the seal to ensure sealing between the gel or liquid and the contactor.
