The sidecar has a rear fixation tab (1.13) mounted on a fixation plate (0.5) by a pivot connection around a rotation axis. The connection is in the form of annular linear connections associated in parallel between the tab and the plate to connect a chassis of the sidecar to the rear of a frame of a motorcycle. The chassis is connected to a front fork of the motorcycle by a ball joint socket (0.29) whose ball joint (0.30) is supported by a support axle fixed with respect to a front wheel axle (4.3) of the motorcycle. The joint is aligned with a pivoting axis of a motorcycle`s steering column.
