METHOD FOR THE NEUROSURGICAL PLANNING DURING CONDUCTING OF RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY AS TO THE FRONTAL-ORBITAL BONE DEFECTS RECONSTRUCTION

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to neurosurgery. A method for the neurosurgical planning during conducting of reconstructive surgery as to the frontal-orbital bone defects reconstruction is realized by spiral computer tomography. Thegeometrical parameters of frontal-orbital area of skull - height hc and surface area Sc of defect of calvarium, surface area Sk of defect of orbit roof are measured on the images of axial tomographic sections. Coefficient Kp is calculated as relation of surface area of defect of calvarium to the surface area of defect of orbit roof (Kp = Sc/Sk) andafter their indexes determine optimum surgical approach.
