The herein-disclosed horticultural netting is a construction destined to cover agricultural cultivations and is composed of a metal or wooden framework of any free construction and shape. Onto the framework ( fig. 1, pos. 1) there is positioned the multi-climate (fig. 1, pos. 3) netting composed of knitted yarns of single of multiple polyethylene layers or of whatever other synthetic material such as combined polyolephines as well as mixtures thereof with colours, polycarbonic and iridised materials. The beneficial microclimate conditions created into the covered area assist the early ripening of fruit as well as the development of plants under cover (fig.1, pos. 4). In this way, the use of environmentally harmful pesticides is reduced. |
