The proposed polarization phase changer contains two polarization converters, a rotating polarizer, which is arranged between the polarization converters, an additional rotating polarizer, and a unit for rotating polarizers in the same direction with low difference of the rotation frequencies. The axes of the polarizers are perpendicular to each other. Each indication on the scale of the phase changer corresponds to the double difference of the rotation angles of the polarizers. The proposed phase changer is distinctive by its enhanced accuracy in setting a phase of electromagnetic oscillations.
