A device for the movement of invalids relates to the orthopedy, and can be used for treatment at invalids with composite pathologies of support-motor apparatus. The device includes orthesis for the lower extremity made in the form of the consistently gimbal united shells of foot, shin and thigh, which are made in accordance with the anatomic structure of the proper segments of lower extremity, and corset, which the locking plate, connected with swivel, fastened on orthesis, is fixed. A corset ismade in accordance with the anatomic structure of trunk with the elements of correction and unloading of pathological areas of spine. Swivel is made as a base, on the external surface of which the hip hinge connected with the shell of thigh of orthesis is set, and two locks of type "clip" made as a lever with a frame and mounted in the proper pawl, which is made with a slot and is fastened on a corset. A locking plate is made with the figured orifices, in which with possibility of separation two cylinder guides are placed accordingly. The device allows to facilitate the movement and complex treatment in patients with especially serious pathologies of support-motor apparatus, for example patients with infantile cerebral paralysis.
