Appliance for bio-material freezing has movable rod, holder with cells for containers with bio-material and electric motor. The rod is arranged as thin-wall pipe made of material with low thermal conductivity through which measuring eng of thermo-couple goes. At the lower end of the rod cover for holder is fixed, this is made of thermo-insulating material, to the lower surface of cover container-witness is attached, inside it measuring thermo junction is placed. Cells of holder are separate sections made of material with high electric conductivity gathered to package to the lower end of which thermo-insulation disc is attached.
