摘要 The invention relates to dry removal of dust from gases and can be used in different branches of industry, mainly in metallurgy. A method for removal of dust from gases includes the supply of the dust-laden gas from the sources of dust release in the direct-flow dust-collecting apparatus through the gas pipes with valves and branch pipe of axial feed of the dust-laden gas, swirling of the dust-laden gas in the guiding axial device upstream of the chamber of separation. Dust is removed into the bunker through the window in the chamber of separation. The preliminarily purified gas is supplied to the fine filter of gases, where the filtration of gas, removal of purified gas and unloading of dust after thin gas cleaning is achieved. In addition to this, the dust-laden gas is additionally supplied into the direct-flow dust-collecting apparatusupstream of the chamber of separation from the exit side of guiding axial apparatus through, at least, one guiding device for tangential supply of the dust-laden gas, in which the gas is twisted in the same direction as in the guiding axial device. The removal of dust into the bunker from the chamber of separation is accomplished in the tangential direction through the window in the form of slit channel for tangential removal of dust, which is executed lengthwise the chamber of separation. The dust collected after preliminary cleaning is unloaded together with the duct collected after fine cleaning. The installation for removal of dust from gases contains gas pipes with valves, fine filter of gases, means for removal of cleaned gas, device for unloading the dust after fine cleaning of gases, direct-flow dust-collecting apparatus, which is connected with the fine filter of gases and contains housing with the chamber of separation, branch pipe of axial supply of dust-laden gas, guiding axial apparatus and window for removal of dust intothe bunker. In this case, the direct-flow dust-collecting apparatus is equipped with at least with one guiding device for axial supply of the dust-laden gas located upstream of the chamber of separation from exit side of the guiding apparatus. Guiding device for tangential supply of dust-laden gas is located in the direction of swirling of the dust-laden gas by guiding axial device, and window for removal of dust into the bunker is performed lengthwise the chamber of separation in the form of slit channel for tangential removal of dust; moreover bunker is connected to the device for unloading the dust after fine cleaning of gases.
