<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device has fixation parts (3, 4) fixed on a crosspiece (5). Two shields are provided on both sides of a rail (1) supporting a wheel of a wagon (2). The shields are made of rubber charged with carbon. The shields are fixed on the crosspiece and have a thickness of 30 to 50 mm and a height of 250 mm. The shields are bonded on supports (7). The supports and the shields are fixed on an angle (8) which is fixed on the crosspiece, where the angle is made of stainless steel. Each support has a thickness of 40 mm and a height of 250 mm.
