A multi-functional concrete block for a wall body of a building is provided to reduce noise or vibration by having soundproof and vibration-proof properties. A multi-functional concrete block(A) for a wall body of a building includes a protrusion bar(1), a long groove(2), a vertical groove(3), an inlet(4), a protrusion unit(5), and a plurality of through holes(6). The protrusion bar and the long groove for upper/lower connection are formed at upper and lower sides. The vertical groove for left/right connection and the inlet which penetrates the block are formed on a side plane. The protrusion unit for left/right connection is formed on the other side. The plurality of through holes which penetrate an inner space of the block are formed on a front plane, a rear plane or a side plane of the block. A bubble concrete structure is filled in the inner space and the through holes. A far-infrared radiation material, and a negative ion generation material are stuck on the bubble concrete structure.
