<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy by effectively cooling indoor outside air by effectively using the outside air while improving amenity of residents by eliminating intrusion of dust and rain into a room. <P>SOLUTION: A mesh window 1 has a mesh (a mesh of about 25 microns) of a mesh shape smaller than the size of a water molecule, and is arranged as a first window. A natural ventilation window (a glass window) 2 is arranged in front of the mesh window 1 as a second window. When an outside air calorific value is smaller than an indoor calorific value, a quantity of dust included in outside air is small and it is not a rainfall, both the mesh window 1 and the natural ventilation window 2 are opened. Even if the quantity of dust is much and it is the rainfall, when a wind speed of the outside air is a threshold value or less, only the natural ventilation window 2 is opened. When the wind speed of the outside air exceeds the threshold value, both the mesh window 1 and the natural ventilation window 2 are closed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
