PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weighted and downsized battery, especially a lithium ion battery by making a battery pack light-weighted and downsized by using the pack. SOLUTION: This is a laminate pack battery in which a power generating element composed of a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator is encapsuled in the battery pack 2 together with an electrolytic solution, the battery pack is constituted by pasting laminate films 3 composed of heat-fusible resin film in which a metal foil is built-in, together in a pack state, and the pasted part is airtightly covered by injection molding of a hot melt resin 8, preferably of an ionomer resin.
