PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, high-accuracy and efficient driver for facilitating a phase adjustment between first and second stators. SOLUTION: A stepping motor is provided with a magnet 101 having an outer circumference circumferentially divided and spirally magnetized in the axial direction, an output shaft 102, the first and second stators, and a spacer 115 disposed between the first and second stators. The first stator is provided with first and second yokes 103, 104 having magnetic pole teeth facing a magnetized face of the magnet 101, and a first coil 105. The second stator is provided with third and fourth yokes 109, 110 having the magnetic pole teeth facing the magnetized face of the magnet 101, and a second coil 111.
