PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone number for enabling a user to limit calling to any suspicious telephone number stored in an incoming history without considering it. SOLUTION: A portable telephone set communicates through an antenna 101 with a basic station by using a control channel, and transmits and receives control information by notifying a system of its own location (service area). A call control and main control part 111 controls a radio part 103, a speech path control part 105 and a memory 113 or the like, and controls a whole terminal based on the received control information or an input signal from a key operation part 117. An incoming sound is output from a speaker 109 through an amplifier. A memory 113 is provided with a storage area for a program for executing the respective functions of the terminal and a telephone book or the call history of dialed telephone numbers and a program for executing an incoming history limiting function as the characteristics of this invention and the incoming history of incoming caller numbers.
