摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a conductive material capable of forming a conductive layer excellent in carrier transport capability, and to provide a conductive material, a conductive layer, an electronic device and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The composition for the conductive material contains a compound represented by a formula (1), and a vinyl compound used as a cross linking agent for crosslinking the compounds in any one of substituents X<SP>1</SP>, X<SP>2</SP>, X<SP>3</SP>and X<SP>4</SP>. In the formula (1), X<SP>1</SP>-X<SP>4</SP>each independently denote substituents represented by a formula (2) (in the formula (2), n denotes an integer of 2-8), and they may be the same or different.
