PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an air spring which improves the traveling stability of a vehicle at a curve of a rail. SOLUTION: A cylindrically formed laminated rubber 18 is arranged at the upper part of a lower surface plate 12. The laminated rubber 18 has a laminated structure by alternatively stacking a plurality of ring plates 20 formed of a metal in a ring-like shape respectively, and a plurality of elastic bodies 22 formed of rubber in a ring-like shape respectively. A diaphragm 46 formed of a rubber material is arranged between an upper surface plate 32 and an intermediate material 26. A pair of first stopper walls 62 arcuately formed of a steel plate are secured to the position to grasp the center on the lower surface side of the intermediate material 26 respectively by welding, etc. A pair of second stopper walls 64 linearly formed of a steel plate are secured to the portion opposite to a pair of the first stopper walls 62 on the upper surface side of the lower surface plate 12 respectively by welding, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
