PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction of a working vehicle when a work operation device is not in operation. SOLUTION: In the safety device of a working vehicle, a high-place working vehicle 1 has a boom 5 provided for a vehicle body 2, a boom operation lever 11a, a derricking cylinder 52 for actuating the boom 5, a derricking control valve 42 for controlling actuation of the derricking cylinder 52 by supply of electric power from a battery B and a switch 61 for connecting the derricking control valve 42 to the battery B by switching based on an operation signal from the boom operation lever 11a. The safety device of the working vehicle has a relay coil 63a for detecting current flowing from the battery B to the derricking control valve 42 via a short circuit line when the relay coil 63a is connected with the derricking control valve 42 via the switch 61 and the battery B and the derricking control valve 42 cause short circuit while the boom operation lever 11a is not in operation; and an engine stop relay switch 63b for actuating the switch to conduct a safety action corresponding to detection of current by the relay coil 63a.
