PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable shading sheet 10 utilizing a solar battery, being adequate for portable use and more simple, and having a high degree of freedom in application, and to provide a portable shading sheet system. SOLUTION: The portable shading sheet 10 comprises the filmed solar battery 2 adhered to the single face of a shading sheet body 1, and an output connector 3a provided for the solar battery. The portable shading sheet system 20 comprises a DC/AC converter 4 for receiving the output of the solar battery, and an output connector 4b provided for the DC/AC converter 4.
