PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stapler separating an upper part (part to draw out a blade of the stapler) freely stapling by the stapler at a favorable point of a document and a lower part (part to round the blade of the stapler) from each other. SOLUTION: The blade of the stapler certainly enters a receiver part 7 to round the blade of the lower part by fixing the upper part and the lower part with magnets 1, 2, 3, 4 mounted on the upper and lower parts so that the document to staple can be stapled by the stapler at any favorable point of it by separating the upper part (part to draw out the blade of the stapler) of the stapler and the lower part (part to round the blade of the stapler) of the stapler from each other.
