摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably bridge electrodes by nanotubes in a mass-production system. SOLUTION: A flow path pattern 5 provided with flow paths 5a along the facing direction of electrodes 3a, 3b is placed on the facing electrodes, a solvent in which carbon nanotubes 7 are dispersed is guided to the flow paths to allow it to flow in one direction, and after the solvent is dried, the flow-path pattern 5 is peeled off the electrodes, thereby controlling the position of the nanotubes 7. The interval M between the adjacent electrodes and the interval N between adjacent flow paths have a fixed relation between them. The flow path pattern 5 consists of a filmy material placed on the facing electrodes, and is provided with many flow paths along the facing direction of the electrodes. The respective flow paths are formed in parallel to each other at fixed intervals, and the interval N between the adjacent flow paths and the interval M between adjacent electrodes have a fixed relation between them. Liquid pools 5b, 5c provided with a solvent in which carbon nanotubes 7 are dispersed is disposed at the ends of the filmy material to allow the liquid pools to communicate with the respective flow paths.
