PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook mounting unit which has a good appearance, allows an anchor plate of a seat belt to be mounted thereon and is integrally assembled with a hook and a bolt. SOLUTION: The mounting unit is composed of a hook member 3 having a hook 2 fixed to the end part of a base plate 1 so as to be freely turned, a bolt 5 with a flange 52, which is inserted into a bolt insertion hole 11 of a base plate 1, and a resin cover member 8 continuously provided with a cover body 7 at an annular base portion 6. The base portion 6 is latched to the base plate 1 so as to protrude a bolt head portion 51 from a center window portion 61 and press the flange 52. A short cylinder portion 13 is provided around the bolt insertion hole 11, and a shaft portion 53 protruded from the short cylinder portion 13 is provided under the neck of the bolt 5. The protrusion length of the shaft portion 53 is made larger than the thickness of the anchor plate 10 of the seat belt, so that the anchor plate 10 is mounted on the shaft portion 53.
