PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for attaching a flat and disk shape treatment implement to underwear with which the flat and disk shape treatment implement is easily attached/detached to/from the underwear and the attached implement does not comes off in usual activities. SOLUTION: The tool for attaching the flat and disk shape treatment implement to the underwear is obtained by forming a peripheral wall in a flat ring made of vinyl, rubber or plastic, etc., and providing two notches at opposite places on the inner side of the flat ring so as to assist the passage of the flat and disk shape treatment implement.
