<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit which can boost the output voltage at desired timing for recovery. <P>SOLUTION: A power circuit 100 is equipped with a step-up circuit 1 which boosts the voltage supplied from a power source so as to generate output voltage, a voltage dividing circuit 2 which divides the output voltage by division with a resistor and outputs monitor voltage, a comparator circuit 3 which compares the monitor voltage with the reference voltage and outputs a signal for instructing the activation of the step-up circuit 1 in case that the monitor voltage is lower than the reference voltage, and outputs a signal for instructing the inactivation of the step-up circuit 1 in case that the monitor voltage is higher than the reference voltage, a command auxiliary circuit 4 which outputs an auxiliary signal for controlling the activation of the step-up circuit 1 at desired timing, and an operation circuit 5 which calculates the auxiliary signal and the output signal of the comparator circuit 3 and outputs an enable signal for activating the step-up circuit 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
