PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly take countermeasures against a problem having occurred in a production line.

SOLUTION: An adjustment machine A adjusts the status of the facility of a production line to generate adjustment data showing the adjustment result. A measurement machine B measures the status of the device flowing in the production line to generate measurement data showing the measurement result. A measurement data acquiring part 25 acquires the measurement data form the measurement machine B. A trigger determination part 23 compares the measurement data with predetermined trigger conditions to determine whether or not trigger conditions are established. When the trigger conditions are established, a compilation correspondence part 21 makes a user select which of a plurality of execution steps included in correspondence instances corresponding to any problem relating to the establishment of the trigger conditions should be executed by the adjustment machine A. The compilation correspondence part 21 makes the adjustment machine A execute the execution step selected by the user.
