<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for contributing to etiquette enhancement by collecting and displaying requests and opinions of customers or participants about control of air-conditioning equipment or the like, and about etiquette and manners. <P>SOLUTION: The etiquette enhancement support system 1 comprises an information collecting device 3 for collecting a variety of body sensory information within a public space that is received from a plurality of mobile terminals 2; and a display device 5 for displaying the variety of body sensory information collected. The information collecting device 3 has a communication means 31 for sending and receiving the information via the mobile terminals 2 and a communication line 6; a collecting means 32 for collecting the variety of body sensory information received; a collection result storage means 33 for storing the result of the collection of the variety of body sensory information collected by the collecting means 32; and a control means 35 for causing the display device 5 to display the result of the collection stored in the collection result storage means 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
