<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which can prevent an unauthorized recycling vendor from making replacement of a secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: A change of state detector 221 detects the voltage at a secondary battery block 3 which drops below the predetermined lower limit of voltage, then a data write 222 writes a historical data for the lower limit of voltage to a memory 23, and a power supply circuit 4 stops supplying a power to a control circuit 2 for stopping the operation of a battery pack 1. A data eraser 225 at the start of the operation erases the historical data for the lower limit of voltage when such data are written to the memory 23, and a state control unit 223 puts the battery pack 1 into the enabled state. The data write 222 at the start of the operation writes the historical data for the lower limit of voltage to the memory 23 when such data are not written to the memory 23, thereby disabling the battery pack 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
