<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing method that allows reproduction, by overprinting of red and indigo, of RGB color reproduction regions, particularly the B (blue violet) color reproduction region, which have hitherto been expressed by six or seven color-printing using orange, green, purple or the like in addition to four process colors of yellow, red, indigo blue and black. <P>SOLUTION: The lithographic ink composition exhibiting good purple color reproducibility by two-color overprinting of red and indigo blue inks comprises a metal lake compound of a rhodamine dye as a coloring matter component of the red ink and a phthalocyanine compound as a coloring matter component of the purple ink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
