PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel leakage prevention valve capable of accumulating a large amount of fuel in a fuel tank by raising the level of a fuel in the fuel tank filled up with fuel. SOLUTION: A connector 1 fitted to the upper wall Ta of the fuel tank T comprises a flange part 8 sealing the mounting hole H of the fuel tank and a connection pipe part 9 connected to a canister side. A housing 2 comprises an upper small chamber part 10A having a valve seat 6 and a lower large chamber part 10B continued from the upper small chamber part. A float valve 3 disposed in the housing comprises an upper small-diameter part 12A in which a valve part 3a is formed and a lower large-diameter part 12B vertically moving in the lower large chamber part of the housing. In the float valve, even when it is lowered, a guide wall part 13 in contact with the upper small chamber part of the housing is projected from the outer periphery of the float valve.
